IntraCom is a communications service whereby unread IntraMails are read by our Call Center staff and any response or changes to the communication are thereby recorded.

For people that do not read email on a regular basis this enables the IntraMail communication system to be complete.

Bottom line: if you don't read your email we will read it to you thus giving the highest level of communication possible today!

Future Feature: Intramails can be tagged to have persons that have not yet read their IntraMail, but is of a timely manner, to receive personal phone calls to complete this communication.

On every IntraMail, our unique history tracking confirms whether an email has been read and/or responded to by the client or whether followup by the IntraCall center is required. An IntraMail followed up by the IntraCall center will show in the history as having ocurred.
